Includes: - Curated Concept Table themed to your group’s chosen focus - Hormone‑supportive menu pairings and ritual elements - Sensory storytelling facilitation and décor Note: For events outside Johannesburg (e.g., Cape Town), travel and accommodation costs would need to be added to the base fee.
Cancellation Policy
At SOMA, we value your time and commitment to wellness. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, please review our booking and cancellation terms: 1. Booking All services must be booked in advance through our official channels. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for eligible cancellations. Packages and multi-session bookings are non-refundable once the first session has commenced. 4. Nutrition Consulting Disclaimer SOMA provides Nutrition Consulting services based on training and certification from The Nutrition Institute, South Africa. We are not registered dietitians and do not provide medical diagnoses, clinical dietary prescriptions, or treatment of medical conditions. Our services focus on mindful nourishment, self-awareness, and holistic wellness practices designed to support lifestyle and personal growth. Clients are encouraged to consult a registered healthcare professional for medical or clinical dietary needs.
